BASIC SOLUTION-FOCUSED TRAINING
In conjuction with SUNY Albany's School of Social Welfare, we are offering a 2-day + 1/2 follow-up day basic solution-focused training.
Dates: October 4 & 5 from 9am - 4pm, 1/2-day follow-up on November 2 from 9am - 12 noon.
Location: Husted Hall on the SUNY Albany downtown campus on Western Ave.
QUARTERLY HVSFN MEETINGS
HVSFN in conjunction with the State University of New York at Albany (SUNY) has scheduled the final meeting for 2019
Saturday September 21: 9am - 12 noon, Husted Hall.
Part I: The Philosophy of Wittgenstein and the Relationship to Solution-Focused Practice.
Part II: Staying Solution-Focused When Maybe No One Else Is.
We will also be offering a brief introduction to Solution-focused Brief Therapy if a number of participants are not as acquainted with the model.
The workshops are free; there is a $50 fee for those wishing 3 CEU's. CEU's are paid to SUNY Albany's School of Social Welfare.

About the Hudson Valley Solution Focus Network: After the 7th annual Solution Focus Brief Therapy Association Albany Conference in 2009, a group of people interested in solution focus began meeting monthly at St. Ann Insitute in Albany. The meetings have alternated between case discussions, videos, and planning our first conference held on October 25, 2013 and our first 2-day training in November 2015. We currently meet quarterly in Husted Hall on the SUNY downtown campus. If you would like more information, click here
